Interested to work at MIA? We would love to see you in our staff team! All roles require filling out a small application to make sure you are the right candidate.

General Requirements

For everyone staff role at MIA you need to fulfil these requirements.

You need to be in the MIA | Melbourne International Airlines Roblox group.
You need to be a member of the MIA Discord server.
You need to be at least 13 years of age.

[GC] Ground Crew

As a member of the Ground Crew you are responsible for all ground operations happening at a flight. From loading the luggage and catering trolleys in the plane to operating a jetway or driving a passenger bus we have a variety of tasks to do.

[CC] Cabin Crew

The Cabin Crew is responsible for all passengers in-flight, this goes from serving drinks and food all the way to security instructions and evacuating the plane in an emergency. Before boarding the Cabin Crew's tasks are operating the airport lounges as well as answering passengers' questions.

Additional Requirements

You need to be a [GC] Ground Crew.

[FO] First Officer

As the First Officer you control the aircraft together with the Captain. Your focus is operating functions such as extending the flaps, retracting the gear while the Captain is steering.

Additional Requirements

You need to be a [CC] Cabin Crew.

[CP] Captain

The Captain is the person who actually steers the aircraft. While the First Officer assists you by operating all the functions of the plane, you are the one who is actually steering it. You will need to keep track of distances, altitudes as well as your speed to take off and land safely.

Additional Requirements

You need to be a member of the [FO] First Officer.
